Thomas Hühn

Born in Tübingen, I grew up around Böblingen and Sindelfingen. I now live in Minden (Westphalia).

I have a diploma in Computer Science, with a minor in linguistics, and have worked as an embedded software developer for safety-related systems ever since.

For several years I’ve also worked as an Open Source Compliance Officer. Recently that shifted to OT product cybersecurity, applying a different perspective to many of the same issues.

Over the last few years I’ve spent evenings and weekends studying Education Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. My specializations were media communication and vocational learning.

And I own a check from Donald Knuth. That’s an inside-CS brag.
